Risa Murakami is a Japanese gravure idol, fuzoku worker and retired AV idol.
Murakami started her AV career in 2006, during which she had used many aliases and was widely known as Risa Murakami (村上里沙). She retired in 2010, making a comeback in late 2012 with the alias Sayuri Takeuchi (竹内紗里奈). She announced her retirement in 2014 and has been using the alias Yukino Takeuchi (竹内ゆきの) since then.
